Python Developer (AI Platform & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our existing team and help build an AI‑driven platform that supports daily communication between agents. The role combines backend development with FastAPI, message queuing, and database work, as well as frontend work using React.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain FastAPI services and APIs.
• Implement messaging queues with RabbitMQ and manage database schemas in SQL Server or PostgreSQL using SQLAlchemy.
• Integrate security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID.
• Write automated tests with Pytest and ensure high‑quality code delivery.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to deliver React UI components and Micro‑Frontend architecture using NX.
• Participate in DevOps processes, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD).
• Contribute ideas for AI agent creation, LLM integration, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) databases.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to propose and argue ideas.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
