Property Manager – European Logistics Parks

About the role

Weerts Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of logistics and industrial properties across Europe. The role combines administrative, technical and operational responsibilities to ensure assets are efficient, compliant and aligned with the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical and structural maintenance, ensuring compliance with budgets, safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, coordinate statutory inspections and follow up corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance, repair and improvement plans.
• Review operating expenses, monitor cost evolution and approve expenditures.
• Coordinate refurbishment projects, technical upgrades and system replacements with internal and external teams.
• Monitor building performance, energy consumption and technical incidents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date environmental permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong tenant relationships, support commercial teams with technical expertise and manage lease commencements, terminations and handovers.
• Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurers and experts.
• Contribute to ESG strategy, monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Construction, Electromechanics), Architecture, Real Estate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management, Asset Management or Facility Management, preferably in logistics, industrial or commercial real estate.
