Project Manager – Technology Development (R&D)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology development projects within a research‑and‑development environment. You will coordinate engineers and researchers to integrate new process technologies into functional prototypes, ensuring that milestones are met and projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate development activities, keeping projects on track and achieving key milestones.
• Support and oversee process experiments aimed at developing and integrating new technology modules.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to move prototypes from concept to functional demonstration.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in high‑tech, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or R&D settings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable working in an international team.
