Project Manager – PMO Lead for Belgian AI Transformation

About the role

Everience is seeking a senior Project Manager to support the Belgian Delivery Lead in driving a large‑scale AI‑augmented transformation. You will act as the central PMO hub, ensuring strategic alignment, risk visibility and measurable value delivery across multiple streams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to the Belgian Delivery Lead to secure strategic alignment and measurable value realization.
• Lead end‑to‑end PMO steering, consolidating status, managing risks and orchestrating project ceremonies.
• Proactively surface strategic, operational and delivery risks, ensuring early visibility and mitigation.
• Facilitate fast, cross‑functional issue resolution to break down silos.
• Challenge plans, assumptions and delivery approaches with a constructive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Produce executive‑level reporting enriched with insights, trends and decision‑ready analysis.
• Support leadership with fact‑based recommendations to accelerate decision‑making.
• Continuously refine governance frameworks for the Belgian implementation and promote a culture of change adoption.
• Coordinate closely with the Global PMO to ensure alignment on steering, reporting and governance.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for executive ceremonies, committees and governance bodies.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of program and project management experience in complex, multi‑stream environments.
• Senior experience in large‑scale transformation programmes, especially IT re‑platforming and operating model evolution.
• Professional background in the IT sector (energy sector experience is a strong plus).
• Full fluency in French, Dutch and English.
