Project Manager - Hosting & Cloud Services

About the role

D-ploy, an IT and engineering solutions company active across the EMEA region, is looking for a Project Manager for Hosting & Cloud Services to join its team in Ghent. The role supports a range of cloud, infrastructure, governance, security, compliance and operational improvement initiatives for one of its international clients, in a complex international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across internal stakeholders, vendors, technical teams and third parties.
• Support initiatives covering hosting, cloud services, infrastructure, governance, security, compliance, remediation and operational improvement.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and actions.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Support governance meetings, project forums, workshops and steering committee preparation.
• Follow up on agreed actions and coordinate vendor communication, escalation tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Identify gaps, unclear ownership, missed dependencies or delivery risks and help resolve them.
• Work with project managers, technical leads, service owners, vendors and business stakeholders, and help improve coordination routines, templates and reporting.
• Provide cross-project visibility and support documentation for project execution, governance and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, project coordination, PMO or programme support within IT, cloud, infrastructure, security, managed services or a similar technical environment.
• Experience supporting multiple parallel initiatives with changing priorities.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex or fast-moving environments, with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with shared ownership across teams, vendors or project managers.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract not older than three months; 100% on-site work in Ghent.
