Project Manager / Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Content Manager to lead marketing initiatives in a fast‑moving digital environment. You will combine operational excellence with strategic content execution, ensuring high‑quality, consistent messaging across multiple channels for innovative financial‑technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the end‑to‑end marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including product updates, educational initiatives, and platform announcements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, legal, operations and design teams to define timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Monitor campaign execution, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee content production workflows, ensuring assets are scoped, reviewed, approved and delivered on time.
• Produce, edit and publish written content such as blog articles, newsletters, educational materials, website copy and platform communications.
• Ensure content is accurate, compliant, SEO‑optimised and aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare performance reports, campaign summaries and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Manage content publishing across CMS platforms and distribution channels.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in project management, content management or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, product‑driven or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms, financial‑technology products or digital‑asset markets.
• Excellent written English with strong editorial skills.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• SEO knowledge and optimisation techniques.
