Project Manager – Agile Delivery in Financial Sector

About the role

DigiTribe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead agile initiatives for financial‑sector clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget while managing risks.
• Facilitate transparent communication between technical teams, business owners, and external partners.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and value delivery.
• Provide outcome‑focused reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
• Result‑driven mindset with solid analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptability to support organisational change in fast‑moving environments.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

Required skills

• Proven experience in Agile, hybrid or traditional project management.
• Hands‑on experience with Office 365.
• Proficiency in Jira for task tracking.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP (strong asset).
