Programme Manager – Hybrid, Belgium

About the role

We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and digital services organization to find an experienced Programme Manager. This hybrid position in Belgium will drive large‑scale transformation programmes that create measurable business value and support long‑term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of complex, enterprise‑scale transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish effective governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor performance against objectives, milestones, and financial targets.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive‑level communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of programme or senior project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑scale business and technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors and third‑party partners.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
