Program Manager – Large‑Scale Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high‑impact business and technology transformation for a leading international financial services organisation. The role is based in Brussels and focuses on modernising critical platforms, enhancing customer experience, and supporting future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership and coordination of a large‑scale transformation programme, aligning business and technology stakeholders.
• Assist senior programme leadership with execution, governance, planning, and delivery activities.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments and facilitate communication across multiple teams and business units.
• Oversee programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Ensure programme objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing or supporting large‑scale transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working within challenging legacy system environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
