Production Worker – 3 Shifts – €18/hr – Deinze

About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Deinze that produces high‑quality tubes using coating and film technology. The position works on a rotating 3‑shift schedule, offering a stable full‑time environment with opportunities for internal training.

Key responsibilities

• Grind the ends of tubes to precise specifications.
• Perform various quality checks and document results.
• Record production data in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Remove residues and ensure workstations stay clean.
• Place finished tubes in crates and load them onto the correct racks.
• Report and document any damage or deviations.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical insight and ability to read technical drawings.
• Comfortable working a 3‑shift schedule (early, late, night).
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use MES software.
