Production Operator (m/f/*)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work on a chemical production line, ensuring safe and efficient operation of reactors and related equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Load, start, and monitor reactors and associated devices.
• Fill and transfer products according to detailed production specifications.
• Perform accurate administrative tasks related to batch records and production logs.
• Continuously monitor safety, productivity, orderliness, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Participate in the internal emergency response team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating well in a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch; basic English and computer skills are required.
• Relevant experience in a production environment is a plus.
