Analytical Testing Coordinator – Global EHS Lab

About the role

As an Analytical Testing Coordinator for the Global EHS Laboratory, you will manage subcontracted testing workflows, coordinate sample collection, and ensure the quality and timeliness of analytical reports. The role blends project coordination, data auditing, and vendor management in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end subcontracted testing operations from proposal synthesis to financial validation and final report verification.
• Coordinate sample‑collection schedules with consultants, track chain‑of‑custody, and liaise with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs.
• Translate complex consultant proposals into standardized General Project Outlines for internal approval.
• Monitor lead times, chase pending reports, resolve quality queries, and evaluate laboratory turnaround performance.
• Audit incoming lab reports against GPO requirements and approve external invoices after 3‑way matching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, procurement or data management within a structured corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of analytical parameters, unit conversions and testing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with external vendors and internal interdisciplinary teams.
• High precision in data auditing, numeric reconciliation and quality‑control verification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
