Production Operator – Herentals

About the role

As a Production Operator you will be assigned to various manufacturing lines at our Herentals plant. You will operate, adjust, and maintain equipment while ensuring all processes follow established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and reconfigure production lines according to standard procedures.
• Record production parameters and maintenance activities accurately.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and work with the technical service to resolve them.
• Suggest and implement process or method improvements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Report daily activities and issues to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to safety, quality and hygiene.
• Analytical mindset with good technical understanding.
• Accurate with administrative tasks and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, willing to take responsibility and work any shift (day, night, weekend).
