Product Readiness & Enablement Manager – Network APIs

About the role

The Product Readiness & Enablement Manager (Konera) ensures that Proximus Global's Network API products are fully operational, integrated and ready for commercialization across supply (MNO multi-signal) and demand channels (internal and external). The role links MNO supply, product management, engineering and go-to-market teams so that APIs are not only defined but technically available, validated and consumable via aggregators, connectors and enterprise channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product signal readiness lifecycle, moving APIs from deployment to full commercial availability internally and externally.
• Define and manage readiness criteria: north-bound (API availability, documentation) and south-bound (integration status: SIT, replica, production).
• Ensure no product is exposed to the market without validated, production-ready alignment, and prepare the dashboard list of actions and checkpoints for the market-entry health report.
• Coordinate MNO API readiness (direct and indirect via partners) and support the migration of existing MNO signals (Truesense, Phone ID, Verify API, etc.) to a single platform.
• Track integration status across operators (e.g., Jio, Airtel, Vodafone), including deployment, SIT, replica and production, dependency management and blocker resolution.
• Bridge product managers, engineering and CTO teams, partnerships, and GTM teams to align on readiness OKRs.
• Support commercial launch and scaling with technical, operational and documentation readiness, and give GTM and Sales teams visibility on product readiness.
• Define standard readiness frameworks and processes, automate readiness tracking where possible, and provide real-time visibility of integration and readiness status.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management or API delivery roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with MNOs, partners or external integrations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of API ecosystems, integration processes and telecom environments.
• End-to-end API lifecycle knowledge, including deployment, testing and production readiness.
• Agile experience and coordination with engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting and operational dashboards.
