Project Manager I - IT Projects

About the role

Talan, an international consulting group working on transformation and innovation through technology, is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and work on IT projects. The position is based in Brussels and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables, and establish schedules, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, set deadlines and track deliverables.
• Manage conflicts and resolve issues within the team or with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana and Jira.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
