Product Manager – Flex Platform

About the role

Payflip is looking for a Product Manager to own the Flex product, a core component of its emerging salary super‑app. You will be the first dedicated PM on the Flex squad, balancing strategic roadmap work with continuous improvements for over 50,000 employees and their HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration of the HR‑admin tool to a new information architecture that supports a full salary platform, defining scope and roadmap with the tech lead, designer and CPO.
• Own a continuous‑improvement backlog driven by support data, customer feedback and product instincts, ensuring Flex stays ahead of user expectations.
• Identify and close product gaps that generate support tickets, reducing engineering and support load while delivering value to HR admins.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in SaaS or fast‑growing scale‑ups, preferably in product, consulting, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable reading legal rulings, working with incomplete information and simplifying complex domains into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent written communication for specs, trade‑off analyses and asynchronous updates; fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus).
• Low ego, high standards, and a willingness to receive and act on feedback while pushing back when necessary.
