Product Designer – Fintech SaaS

About the role

Harmoney, a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up, is looking for a passionate Product Designer to own and evolve its design system and shape the user experience of its compliance SaaS platform. You will work side‑by‑side with Angular developers in two‑week sprints, prototype quickly with AI tools, and see your designs live for major European insurers and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the Harmoney design system in Figma, keeping it in sync with PrimeNG.
• Design UX for compliance flows such as onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM, and HarmonAI.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools (Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make, Framer AI) and validate with real users.
• Collaborate with Angular developers, map designs to PrimeNG components, and flag implementation gaps.
• Conduct lightweight UX research and maintain continuous feedback loops.
• Support the Lead PM and Lead Analyst in building an audience‑capture practice.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, UX or UI Designer in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Hands‑on experience shipping products in agile sprint cycles alongside front‑end developers.
• Experience with data‑heavy or workflow‑driven products.
• Strong visual craft (typography, spacing, hierarchy) and familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act.
• Ability to design locale‑aware interfaces for dates, currencies, numbers and translated content.
• Curious, entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic, delivery‑focused and a strong communicator.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, components, variants and tokens.
• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make or Framer AI.
• Experience designing for Angular applications and component libraries like PrimeNG.
