Digital & Graphic Designer

About the role

Introw, the leading AI‑native partner management platform, is looking for a full‑time Digital & Graphic Designer to help shape its brand as it scales rapidly. Based in Ghent, you will work closely with product, marketing and events teams to translate brand direction into compelling visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the brand refresh across the website, social channels, product marketing pages, email signatures, merchandise and event booths.
• Design end‑to‑end event presence for major industry conferences (e.g., Dreamforce, Black Hat, INBOUND), including booth concepts, signage, giveaways and on‑site assets.
• Maintain visual consistency by applying the brand system (logo usage, colour palette, typography, illustration, templates) and flagging any inconsistencies before launch.
• Create social media graphics, LinkedIn assets and campaign creatives that align with Introw’s voice and style.
• Rapidly respond to internal design requests, from quick social posts to full event kits, while preserving high‑quality craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience delivering brand‑focused design for both digital and physical channels.
• Strong eye for detail; able to spot misaligned logos, incorrect shades or off‑brand fonts.
• Fast and precise execution of clear briefs without cutting corners.
• Self‑starter who can make decisions and move projects forward independently.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback, continuously improving work quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Comfortable working in Webflow and able to build pages and components.
• Experience with motion or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with designing physical event assets (booths, signage, merchandise) is advantageous.
