Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant (Senior)

About the role

Sia is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant to join its global consulting team. You will apply hands‑on supply‑chain and procurement expertise to help clients improve performance, reduce costs, and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver performance improvement initiatives across procurement and supply‑chain functions.
• Support the delivery of core procurement services for client projects.
• Develop and implement procurement operating‑model strategies.
• Lead cost‑optimisation projects to enhance client value.
• Drive digital procurement initiatives and broader digital transformation efforts.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience within a consultancy firm, focusing on procurement strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize options into clear conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result‑oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
