Process Operator

About the role

Join a fast‑scaling global biotech company that develops CAR‑T cell therapies. As a Process Operator you will work in controlled environments to support the manufacturing of life‑saving treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual production steps in controlled environments (Grade A–D).
• Carry out cell culture, media exchange, spiking and freezing of therapeutic products.
• Monitor and clean equipment.
• Support transitions between production zones.
• Ensure timely delivery of life‑saving therapies to patients.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• No prior pharma/biotech experience required – full training provided.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum A2 diploma (Bachelor max).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (7 shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, 4 days on/4 days off).

Required skills

• Solid PC skills (handling email attachments, creating PDFs, etc.).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
