Process Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Process Analyst you will be a key driver of digital transformation, helping the organization improve efficiency, quality, and support the energy transition. You will work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to map, analyze, and redesign business processes using BPMN 2.0.

Key responsibilities

• Model current business processes and guide teams in redesigning them.
• Challenge business assumptions and define future‑state (to‑be) processes.
• Obtain validation for both as‑is and to‑be models to ensure ownership.
• Contribute to the evolution of the process‑modeling methodology.
• Support adoption of new processes after implementation.
• Lead change‑management activities, including creating training materials, delivering end‑user training, and using the change‑management toolkit.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, defining as‑is and to‑be processes.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing) and excellent command of Dutch or French, plus good knowledge of the other national language.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
