Senior OutSystems Developer – Care Champions

About the role

As a Senior OutSystems Developer at CM you will design and build digital solutions that support volunteers delivering care for the elderly, sick children and other essential services. You will work primarily with OutSystems 11, focusing on both new functionalities and the optimisation of existing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new front‑end and back‑end features in OutSystems (70% of time) and maintain/optimise existing applications (30%).
• Perform initial functional testing of your code and review peers’ code.
• Implement user stories, manage application maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, scrum master, testers, architects and security teams to ensure correct prioritisation and delivery.
• Propose and advocate technical improvements, analyse integrations with external systems, and work with infrastructure to deploy and monitor applications.
• Document solutions for long‑term continuity and leverage AI tools such as Copilot to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience developing with OutSystems, especially mobile and React components.
• Experience deploying and rolling out applications; ODC or other OutSystems certifications are a plus.
• Good command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills, flexible, proactive and stress‑resistant.
• Motivation to continuously learn and contribute to a socially impactful mission.
