PMO Consultant – Project Management Office Support

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Consultant to support a multinational market leader in Belgium. The role involves providing Project Management Office support across the full lifecycle of transformation projects in the banking, finance and insurance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project team managers with scope and budget tracking.
• Maintain documentation, perform quality reviews and ensure version control.
• Gather project progress data and produce regular reports.
• Administer the project SharePoint site, structuring folders and updating documents.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Perform any additional PMO duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of client‑service functions, preferably within a PMO context.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
