Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to expand our client’s premium dermo‑cosmetics portfolio across West and East Flanders. The role is a full‑time field position focused exclusively on pharmacies and pharmacy groups, with the aim of increasing market share and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains.
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities.
• Train pharmacy staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Improve in‑store visibility through merchandising and promotional campaigns.
• Organise product demonstrations, customer events and training sessions.
• Achieve sales targets and expand territory performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, dermo‑cosmetics, beauty or healthcare.
• Strong prospecting and new‑business development abilities.
• Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Autonomous, organised and results‑oriented.
• Good knowledge of West and East Flanders.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
