Personal Trainer – On‑site at Club Sterker (Hoogstraten)

About the role

Club Sterker is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join its team at the Hoogstraten location. You will design and deliver individualized and small‑group training programs, guide clients through safe and effective workouts, and support their long‑term health and fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and create tailored training plans.
• Coach proper exercise technique and ensure safety during sessions.
• Provide basic, evidence‑based nutrition guidance aligned with the club’s food coaching approach.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment and schedule sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues from personal training, food coaching, and massage to ensure a consistent client experience.

Required profile

• Relevant certification in personal training, fitness, or sports science.
• Experience working in a gym or coaching environment with diverse client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centered, inclusive coaching style.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.
