Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition in a fast‑growing ecommerce environment. Based in Belgium, you will lead the evolution of paid media operations, manage external agencies, and build the foundation for future in‑house capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and emerging channels.
• Manage external agencies, set performance expectations and ensure accountability.
• Transition selected activities from agency‑led to internal ownership.
• Hands‑on campaign optimization: targeting, bidding, creative testing and performance tracking.
• Oversee Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube campaigns and Meta prospecting/retargeting.
• Explore new acquisition opportunities such as affiliate, influencer, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards and KPI tracking (ROI, revenue contribution, CAC).
• Collaborate with merchandising, lifecycle, creative and sales teams to align paid campaigns with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Data‑driven performance marketing professional with strong expertise in paid acquisition and agency management.
• Proven experience driving ecommerce growth and owning revenue‑focused metrics.
• Ability to make strategic decisions, run experiments and scale successful initiatives.
