Pediatrician – Child Development & Mental Health

About the role

AUMHUM is seeking a qualified Pediatrician to join a coordinated, multidisciplinary team focused on child mental and developmental health. You will work across remote, hybrid or clinic settings, evaluating developmental, behavioural and medical presentations in children and adolescents.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose developmental, behavioural and medical issues in paediatric patients.
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists, psychologists, speech and occupational therapists on complex cases.
• Support families in navigating coordinated care pathways.
• Review medical contributors to mental health symptoms and contribute to evidence‑informed care pathways.
• Maintain shared clinical records and participate in case reviews and supervision.

Required profile

• MD in Pediatrics (DCH/DNB) or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Medical Council or equivalent regulator.
• Experience in developmental and behavioural paediatrics is a plus.
