About the role
The restaurant is seeking a Pastry Cook to deliver high-quality pastry and bakery items while providing excellent guest service. You will work under the Pastry Chef to ensure consistency, presentation, and timely production of all menu items.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all pastry and bakery items according to restaurant specifications and standards.
- Produce food promptly to meet guest service expectations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including equipment, shelves, and refrigeration units.
- Follow departmental policies, employee handbook rules, and health‑safety regulations.
- Report any equipment maintenance or repair needs.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices to prevent food spoilage and contamination.
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant pastry department.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

What we offer
- Hourly wage ranging from $10.00 to $11.00 USD.
