Part-Time Marketing Officer / Marketing Coordinator (3‑Month Replacement)

About the role

This part‑time position offers a hands‑on opportunity to support a dynamic marketing team for a three‑month replacement period. You will work across digital and traditional channels, gaining exposure to campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising, SEO initiatives and update website content.
• Provide marketing support for events, promotional materials and branded goodies.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports and follow up on surveys.
• Create copy, storytelling assets and visual content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Assist the existing marketing team with daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and French.
• Motivated junior candidate; a first professional experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of WordPress.
