Paralegal – Legal Support for Fashion Retailer

About the role

Join a leading European fashion retailer as a Paralegal, providing essential legal support to protect the brand and assist internal teams. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, ensuring compliance and supporting the development of new designs and trademarks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents using approved templates.
• Conduct trademark database research and advise design and merchant teams on artwork and design usage.
• Prepare Bailiff Statements to verify proof of use of C&A brands.
• Perform legal research and compile structured overviews of findings.
• Monitor project deadlines and manage case files.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and German are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, discreet, and proactive.
• Strong attention to detail with effective time‑management.
• Analytical, critical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset in a fast‑moving, international setting.
