Paralegal and Sales Support Officer

About the role

Join a leading real‑estate developer in Brussels as a Paralegal and Sales Support Officer. You will work at the crossroads of legal affairs, residential sales operations, corporate governance, and executive assistance, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and key internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level executive support to the Legal Manager and senior executives.
• Coordinate legal documentation, liaise with notaries, external advisors and internal legal counsels.
• Manage commercial administration tasks related to residential sales, including interaction with sales representatives and finance teams.
• Facilitate communication between project development teams, clients, and external partners.
• Support corporate governance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Highly organized and business‑oriented professional.
• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a legal or commercial support environment, preferably within real‑estate.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior executives, legal counsel, finance, and sales teams.
