Operations Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Security Specialist to join AXA Group Operations. In this role you will work closely with local security teams, the entity CISO and international stakeholders to ensure the information security posture is effective and cost‑efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and remediate vulnerabilities, coordinating patch management and tracking remediation progress.
• Conduct weak‑password hunting and provide remediation guidance.
• Review and risk‑assess firewall rule changes to maintain a secure network environment.
• Investigate security incidents together with the SOC, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support compliance reporting by preparing documentation and evidence for security policies and regulations.
• Provide security advisory to business units, promote best practices and help embed the group security mindset.
• Generate governance reports on security metrics, risks and remediation status for AXA Group Operations leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MSc in Information Security is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
• Strong autonomy, analytical thinking and ability to work with diverse cultures.
