Operations & Client Lead (Account Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Client Lead to work directly with the founder of OFF THE GRID, a branding and design agency. The role blends client management, project leadership and operational oversight to ensure creative work delivers impact and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branding, packaging and digital projects from concept to delivery.
• Oversee budgets, margins, planning and quality, making adjustments when needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, long‑term relationships.
• Contribute to strategic positioning, commercial opportunities and growth for both clients and the agency.
• Structure team capacity, processes and operational flow to support scaling.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills combined with excellent communication and business awareness.
• Ability to spot opportunities early and translate requests into strategic challenges.
• Understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of a business.
• Confidence to guide and, when necessary, challenge clients.
• Comfort with responsibility, multitasking across multiple projects, and discussing budgets, margins and profitability.
• Experience in an agency or similar environment, preferably in branding, strategy or design‑driven projects.
