Designer Coordinator – Low Voltage

About the role

As a Designer Coordinator Low Voltage you will lead a team of internal and external designers, ensuring that studies for projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning for your team, scheduling ongoing and future low‑voltage studies.
• Analyse resource needs and deadlines, adjusting plans as required.
• Evaluate individual workloads fairly and ensure the quality of completed studies.
• Provide technical and organisational support, organise knowledge transfer and supervise training.
• Manage performance‑management processes, including objectives, evaluations and development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electricity, electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the sector.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organisational skills and creativity.
• Good communication, assertiveness and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD (Computer‑Aided Design) tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
