Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

An experienced Onsite Support Engineer is sought to provide end-user IT support across desktop, mobile device and meeting room environments in Brussels. The role covers Windows workstations, mobile phones and tablets, and meeting room equipment, with a duration of 6 months starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows laptops, desktops and peripherals, and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office) and configure email, Teams, VPN and mobile apps.
• Install, replace and upgrade devices, manage assets, and support Apple iPhones/iPads and Android smartphones and tablets.
• Enroll devices via Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Troubleshoot meeting room displays, cameras, microphones and speakers, run pre-meeting checks and support executives when needed.
• Work with AV vendors on complex issues, patch cables, install equipment and check connectivity.
• Handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, keep SLAs and asset/CMDB records accurate, and take part in site audits and technology refresh projects.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and hands-on support for Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and MDM, and experience with Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
• Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN) and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
