Omni Contact Performance & Operations Intern

About the role

Join the Omni Contact team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as an Operations Intern, supporting the integration of an external voice‑call service provider. You will gain hands‑on experience in performance monitoring, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑moving consumer‑goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the onboarding and setup of an external voice‑call services partner.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments and the external provider to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor service quality, track KPIs and KBIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Support the definition and tracking of campaign objectives linked to voice‑call activities.
• Contribute to training, documentation and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Participate in weekly follow‑ups and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and reporting.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with a very good level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM, customer‑service or call‑center tools (a plus).
