About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Developer who enjoys turning real‑world problems into smart, functional solutions. Whether you prefer a full‑time position or freelance collaboration, you will work on projects that have a tangible impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and functional analyses to design customized Odoo solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear technical documentation.
• Develop, test, and validate new features that address real business requirements.
• Participate in client workshops and internal meetings to share ideas and improve solutions.
• Train end‑users, run feasibility studies, and contribute expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a can‑do attitude.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating in French or Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
