About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform night‑time front‑desk duties, including guest arrivals, departures, and reservations.
• Audit daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor security systems and respond to any incidents promptly.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized assistance.
• Prepare reports for the morning shift and hand over critical information.
