Mobile Application Developer – React Native & NodeJS

About the role

Keytrade Bank is looking for a Mobile Application Developer to join the CHAN Feature Team, which owns the bank’s mobile banking app. You will work on a modern, user‑focused platform, helping to deliver new digital journeys for customers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship new features for the mobile banking application using React Native.
• Contribute to backend services in NodeJS/TypeScript that support mobile functionality.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical user stories and robust code.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the mobile and backend codebases.

Required profile

• Professional experience in software development, preferably in a fintech or banking context.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of an agile team.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on ownership and delivery.

Required skills

• React Native with styled‑components.
• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• NodeJS (TypeScript) and modern ORMs such as TypeORM.
• RESTful API design using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Familiarity with React.js and micro‑frontend architecture.
