Microsoft System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft System Administrator to manage and support the full lifecycle of our corporate endpoints. The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid work model (three days on‑site, two days remote) and offers the flexibility to work as a freelancer or a permanent employee.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support workstations, laptops, mobiles and tablets throughout their lifecycle.
• Create and maintain a reference image for enterprise operating systems.
• Manage security patches, software updates and endpoint compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint‑related incidents.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of endpoint policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in endpoint administration or similar Windows environments.
• Secondary school education (or equivalent) and a valid European passport.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client OS administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with application packaging, OS imaging and peripheral support.
