Microsoft 365 System Administrator – Hybrid (Brussels)

About the role

Join a leading European infrastructure organization operating in a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment. As a Microsoft 365 System Administrator you will support the digital workplace transformation, ensuring a secure, scalable, and modern collaboration ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune.
• Manage user identities, licensing and access through Azure Active Directory and M365 admin tools.
• Support hybrid on‑premise to cloud migrations and maintain hybrid connectivity.
• Configure security policies such as MFA, conditional access, DLP and compliance features.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and provide 2nd‑line support.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Power Automate and Microsoft Graph.
• Monitor system performance, capacity and service health, ensuring backup and redundancy.
• Maintain documentation, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to evolve the operational landscape.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Azure AD.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Good understanding of identity & access management, security and compliance (MFA, DLP, conditional access).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Fluent English communication.
