Meeting & Events Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Meeting & Events Coordinator to join Radisson Hotel Group’s sales team. The role blends event coordination with proactive sales support, ensuring memorable experiences for guests and maximizing revenue across our hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute meetings, conferences and special events, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Support the sales department by handling guest enquiries, providing timely responses and assisting with problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of proactive sales initiatives to maximise total revenue.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, ensuring due‑diligence activities are documented.
• Collaborate with team members to control costs, manage inventory and achieve productivity targets.
• Build and nurture effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, promoting the company’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in proactive sales or event coordination, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative and inclusive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
