Receptionist – Day & Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist who will work both day and night shifts, delivering a seamless guest experience from check‑in to check‑out and everything in‑between. As the front‑line ambassador of Radisson Hotel Group, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Coordinate all aspects of the guest journey, ensuring service standards are met at every touchpoint.
• Maintain the front office area, resolve guest inquiries promptly, and address any issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Act as the “superhero” for guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is beneficial but not mandatory.
