Medior User Infrastructure Specialist (Technical/Installation)

About the role

Digipolis Antwerp is seeking a Medior User Infrastructure Specialist to join its Workplace Team. The role focuses on the operational management, stability and security of the digital workplace environment within the Secure Workplace 2.0 transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line and third‑line support for workplace‑related incidents and service requests.
• Manage and support Microsoft workplace environments and endpoint infrastructure.
• Configure device management policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Follow up on incidents and problems, contributing to operational stability and process improvement.
• Document procedures and share knowledge with the Workplace Team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of enterprise digital workplace services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in user infrastructure or workplace support.
• Strong background in second‑line or third‑line IT support.
• Proficiency in Dutch at CEFR C2 level (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate effectively.
