Medior Project Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Medior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects in a highly regulated Life Sciences environment. You will work autonomously, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery against strict quality, regulatory and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects with a high degree of autonomy, delivering on time, within scope and to quality standards.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources, facilitate stakeholder engagement and resolve issues in a solution‑oriented manner.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of agreed outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise to become a solid medior‑level SME over time.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven ability to plan, track progress, manage risks and keep deliverables on track.
• Experience presenting to steering committees and producing high‑quality reports.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
