Medical Advisor – Gastroenterology

About the role

Celltrion Group provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to about 110 countries. As Medical Advisor in Belgium, you will work in gastroenterology, combining customer engagement with KOLs and healthcare professionals and Medical Affairs activities such as training the field force and supporting the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Customer engagement (50%): build and maintain advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals in gastroenterology; engage in educational and partnership initiatives with academic institutions, KOLs, external experts and patient associations
• Develop and maintain a territory strategic and tactical plan to deliver Medical Affairs goals, and coordinate advisory boards, educational webinars and round tables
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of field activities, and respond to medical queries within defined deadlines
• Represent Celltrion at medical and scientific conferences and meetings, and provide meeting summaries
• Medical Affairs (50%): lead the medical strategy in line with clinical and commercial teams, and develop deep knowledge of studies, compounds and diseases to enable scientific exchange with gastroenterology thought leaders
• Provide regular training to the field force and onboarding associates, and train speakers when needed
• Serve as a medical/scientific resource for external and internal partners, and report scientific and medical field insights to the Brand Team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects and conduct all activities in line with regulatory, healthcare and company compliance guidelines
