Clinical Provider / Psychologist (Belgium)

About the role

Intellect is looking for Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its telehealth platform and support clients' mental health and personal growth. The work is mainly done in scheduled 60-minute video sessions, and the role is freelance and remote, with flexible business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can also be considered; it suits people who want to supplement their current job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addiction
• Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Required profile

• Master's or postgraduate diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• At least 300 clinical hours
• Experience handling a variety of clinical cases (MDD, trauma, OCD, phobias, etc.)
• Proficiency in English; speaking additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus

Required skills

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Ability to suggest improvements to the program and platform
