Medical Advisor – Cardiology & Metabolic Disorders

About the role

The Medical Advisor (Cardiology & Metabolic Disorders) will execute the medical strategy for Belgium & Luxembourg, supporting both marketed products and late‑stage development assets. You will work closely with internal teams and external healthcare professionals to strengthen Servier’s scientific reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and implement the local medical strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date scientific knowledge in cardiology and metabolic disorders and provide insights for brand and communication strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with therapeutic area experts, scientific societies and patient associations.
• Lead advisory boards, scientific meetings and disease‑awareness activities.
• Support the design and oversight of phase IV, non‑interventional studies and investigator‑initiated trials.
• Provide medical expertise and training to commercial, market‑access and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (preferred) with 3‑5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Fluency in Dutch (native level), professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally.
