About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Mechanic and play a key part in maintaining and improving our production equipment. You will ensure machines run safely and efficiently, supporting our mission to lead the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and curative maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan and adapt when necessary.
• Participate in the installation of new equipment and machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns, intervene promptly and ensure machines restart in nominal condition.
• Complete intervention documents and hand over relevant information to the next shift.
• Contribute to projects that develop new techniques and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams, attend Daily Management System meetings, and train operators on adjustments and minor troubleshooting.
• Apply and promote safety, hygiene, quality and environmental rules.

Required profile

• Holder of a CESS in electromechanics.
• Ability to read technical plans, including electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with various services and colleagues.
• Stress‑resistant and solution‑oriented to meet urgent production needs.
• Strict adherence to safety, hygiene, food‑quality and environmental standards.
• Flexibility, availability and willingness to work variable shifts.
• English proficiency is a plus.
