Marketing & Communications Specialist – Europe & Asia

About the role

ICF is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support strategic growth across its Europe and Asia business. The role combines creative campaign design with strategic thinking to help clients navigate transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, webinars and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Develop messaging and value propositions that showcase ICF’s capabilities to European and Asian clients.
• Partner with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to create and manage content such as web pages, social media posts, articles, case studies, webinars and targeted emails.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and apply insights to improve effectiveness.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep strategies current and differentiated.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to align regional priorities with enterprise campaigns.
• Lead a small team of marketing professionals.
• Drive internal communications, coordinate newsletters, All‑Hands meetings and executive briefings.
• Manage external contributors, purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Publish urgent leadership communications and ensure consistent brand messaging.
